Dr Parks was recommended to me by someone in the vision/glasses field and I am very grateful for their recommendation. The front office was accommodating and able to get me in very quickly when asked to call me if there were any cancellations, the tech was very competent and knowledgeable and Dr Parks was absolutely wonderful. She was very thorough, professional and really cares about her patients by taking the time to educate them on their vision health care. I was truly impressed that she is there for patient care and not for the money. I highly recommend Dr Parks at White Pine Eyecare and now all my family will be going there.

I was recommended Dr. Parks from a friend, and I am extremely grateful for the recommendation. Dr. Parks takes her time and doesn't leave any stone unturned, so to speak. Her employees are very nice and they all treated me with care and respect. She doesn't charge outrageous prices, and she will do her best to keep charges reasonable without sacrificing your vision. I highly recommend White Pine Eyecare.
Dr. Kimberly Parks is terrific. She is personable, professional, and genuine. I had a thorough examination, explanations of every procedure, and a perfect prescription. I highly recommend Dr. parks and White Pine Family Eyecare. A+
This is my rant: everyone says support locals when they don’t support us.. I made appointment month ago and told the lady that made my appointment that I drive from Sevier county ( where I work) to White pine. That I might be a few minutes late. She agreed and acted like she understood.. I was of course 15 minutes late cause of traffic and busy at work. I went in the family eye care and immediately she was like we are gonna have to reschedule you. Your appointment was at 5:00. Well I understand that but I also work at a Dr office and we were slammed because of all the snow and cancellations from the snow . Instead of asking the doctor, if she would see me because I was just 15 minutes late she was determined to go ahead and make me another appointment a month away. I had already waited a month to get to this 5 o’clock appointment. I could have made many other appointments at other places between White Pine and Sevierville but I was trying my best to stay local to help my hometown out. I did not make another appointment. I will go to Walmart where they would’ve took me even if I was 15 minutes late she lost a cash pay patient tonight. I can’t support locals when they don’t care to help us out!
I thought when you have problems with your eyes you call your eye doctor. Guess I was wrong. I called to see about getting an appointment to see Dr. Parks. When I told the receptionist why I need to see her, she put me on hold. "I get dizzy when i rub my eyes". Came back, told me I need to see my Primary doctor. I have and that doctor told me I need to see my eye doctor. My primary doctor didn't just brush me off. She did blood work. Maybe I need to see an eye doctor. Got to find me one now.
