When you don’t really want to do what you need to do, it makes it much better with the right people. Dr Worley was the best. He exhibited a great sense of humor laughing at my silly jokes, while remaining professional. He gave clear explanations of what is going on with my eyes and took the time needed to answer my questions. With that said, the rest of the staff was equally as pleasant. I wound up arriving late and was not made to feel like a heel as a result. I almost wish I needed to get my eyes checked weekly just to be able to hang out.

Dr.Worley, Jeanine, Taylor & Brooke at Loris Eye Care are some of the most professional, kind, friendly people I have ever met. They made me feel at home & answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. I just love this office.

This was such a great experience. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. All my questions were answered and my husband and I were seen quickly.

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I ended up being charged additional out-of-pocket fees for services that were not covered by my insurance, and the most frustrating part is that these services were performed without anyone asking for my consent first, even though they were optional. Patients should always be informed and given the choice before any additional services are done that could result in extra charges. The scheduling process was also handled poorly. I was specifically told to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment, but when I got there the door was locked and no one was in the building. It was very unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for patients’ time. On top of that, the office itself feels very old and outdated, which did not leave a great impression regarding the overall quality of the practice. Because of the unexpected charges, poor communication, and unprofessional appointment handling, I would not recommend this practice. Patients deserve transparency, professionalism, and respect for their time and finances.

I personally have been going to Loris Eyecare for 25 years. The Mills family and staff are very professional and attentive to every need. They simply care about your well being and concerns. They take the time to explain every detail of your visit. You leave with no questions unanswered and you have peace of mind. It is hard to find that quality in today’s world.
