Dr. Terry Dixon is a god send angel and wonderful pediatrician doctor. As a mother working full time and being a parent he met us with nothing short from amazing care and so much compassion. Immediately came into the room with warmth and a smile with compassion following right after. He greeted my two younger daughter’s and shook their hands, I don’t think anyone has ever asked to shake their hands before and they were so excited about that part. He was very polite and patient with asking questions and communication. His bedside manner is superb and very pleasant. I have always loved Mrs. Amanda here, now I can honestly say the staff here all around amazing and wonderful. If I could give ten stars I would. Immediately greeted at the front counter with sweet staff. I see Dr. Maylock along with my mother on the adult side and we have been patients tried and true for years along with my kids. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. Trust no other and your family is in very well and capable hands! From a mom of six and as a nurse myself, you won’t regret choosing the best care for you and yours.

Caroline Shelley, PNP is truly the best. She consistently goes above and beyond for our children and always makes us feel heard, supported, and cared for. My kids absolutely love her! It is obvious that she genuinely loves what she does and truly cares about her patients and their families. We never feel rushed, and she always takes the time to answer questions and provide thoughtful guidance. Knowing our children are in such compassionate and capable hands gives us so much peace of mind. We are incredibly grateful for her and highly recommend her to any family looking for an exceptional pediatric care!

I wish I could give endless stars for Ms. Bostic. The knowledge, compassion, and dedication that she has for her patients is undescribable. I can literally say that God sent her into my life. She has truly saved and changed my life in so many ways. Ms. Bostic is a beautiful blessing for HCPSC-Conway to have. She treats me with dignity and respect. I highly recommend EVERYONE that has mental health or trauma issues, please reach out to her. I was in a dark place and didn't know if I could get back up. She taught me the skills that I needed to get back up. She also taught me something priceless. I can actually live life, instead of feeling like I just existed. Update: After a year+ with Dr. Burke as my primary care provider I'm very happy to have found this practice. He is efficient, yet clearly takes the time to listen. He has gone out of his way more than once to arrange treating it prescriptions etc. I strongly recommend this practice, especially Dr. Burke. Dr. Burke is exceptional. He has a good bedside manner, is professional but friendly and has gone out of his way to make my medical care as smooth and painless as possible. The entire staff at this office have been well above average at every visit, to the point that they entertained my son one visit when I had to get labs but didn't have anyone to watch him. Very impressed and pleased with this office and Dr. Burke.
