The Vision Centers

I went to Vision Center based on recommendations from a local Facebook page. I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in the door until I left, everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I’ve never had so much fun picking out frames before! My entire experience was wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

I had a great experience at Vision Centers in Conway. I was nervous about picking out my first set of glasses but the entire staff was so kind and helpful and I had lots of options to choose from. They took their time explaining everything to me and answered all my questions. I'm so glad I found an eyeglass place that I'm comfortable with.

I’m extremely disappointed with this eye doctor’s office. They canceled my daughter’s appointment without proper communication, all because I didn’t respond to a message I never received — my phone number had changed, and no one informed me that I needed to “accept” the appointment via message in the first place. When I called to clear things up, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, offering no real help or understanding. Now my daughter, who is in school and needs her vision checked, has to wait another month to be seen. This level of disorganization and lack of empathy is unacceptable, especially when it concerns a child’s health and education.
