I have been going to this place for 2 years. Every single time I have had an appointment, I have waited at least 15 minutes past my appointment time. This one time I was running about 10-15 mins late. I called and told them I was in route, I was literally 1-2 miles away. They wanted me to reschedule. I understand being on time, but sometimes things happen, with them only taking appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I would think they would be a little more accommodating to their clients. Guess not. I will be taking my family elsewhere.

Great customer service, I came in never been there before to get my glasses restrung due to me sitting on them. I was there for maybe 20 minutes and then they came out with my glasses looking like new, I asked how much I owed them and they threw me for a loop and said “ there is no charge”! What a great business, I will surely remember this company when my next pair of glasses is due ! Thank you !

Definitely reporting this doctor to the board. SC is requiring eye exam documentation for renewals of license, and he’s refusing to send in documentation, even the timeframe IS within the STATES timeline. He’s charging an additional fee just to send, which is fine, but also disappointing for clients they have been seeing them for years. If you’re going to go against the state’s guidelines, at least put it on your website.

20/20 Eyewear is top notch! When you go for your eye exam, you are met with the absolute best staff! Everything from check-in to checkout is professional and timely! I have a complete and thorough eye exam by Dr. Shake, and the additional staff members are amazing as well! When you go to 20/20 eyewear, you feel like family and not just a customer! Hands down, the BEST!

They fixed my glasses perfectly, no charge, and with a welcoming, big smile! Will definitely recommend and use them in the future.
