I highly recommend this great group of people! I was given a community care referral from the Veterans Administration, I was due for my annual exam, relocated from the greater Cleveland Ohio area, after doing my research and reading reviews, I chose to go to Vaught. The entire experience from booking the appointment, to checking in and the actual appointment itself, everyone was extremely polite and professional, the young lady who took me back, explained every step of the process and was thourgh to explain everything as she was doing it as well, the Dr was the same way, thoroughly explaining everything and answering any questions, and addressed all of my concerns also! Wonderful experience from beginning to end.

Very efficient offices! My appointment was at 9:30 am. I was called in at 9:18, got all of my testing and prescription by 10:00. Walked over to the next building to pick out glasses, was assisted promptly, and checked out at 10:30. All staff were friendly and very helpful!

I highly recommend Vaught Eye Assoc and their vision center. From the front desk attendants to the doctor's assistants, and on to Dr Weiner...everyone was professional yet very friendly. All greeted me with a smile and clearly explained everything as we went along. Dr Weiner took the necessary time to fully understand my vision needs. He was easy to talk with, explained what he was doing during the exam, and gave me informative advice on my options. After the exam, I went next door to Vaught Vision Center to order glasses. The man that assisted me was also extremely good at his job. He was welcoming, and patient. He truly listened to my preferences and helped me sample pairs until we found 2 pairs that fit me. Since I starting having vision issues a few years ago, I had always gone to either a Walmart or aNational (discount) Chain for my eye care thinking I was saving money. Vaught's prices overall are not much higher, and I feel like I got top-notch, state of the art, professional care.

I have been going to eye Drs regularly for the past 40 years, Dr Danger is the BEST Dr I've ever seen. She listens, explains and directs you to the best plan for you. I recommend her to everyone I know!

After cataract surgery, I was in need of a new pair of eye glasses. So I visited Vaught store. Katlan helped me to pick out a very nice pair of glasses. She was very helpful and knowledgeable as to what I needed. My problem was that I needed them within a week, she checked with the "boys" in the back room and they had a pair. Because of Easter weekend, they wouldn't be ready until Monday. She understood that on Monday, I had another appointment in Myrtle Beach. So she asked them if they could have them on Thursday---I received a call once I go home and was told that the classes were ready!!! She is a dear, made my day and thanks to the "boys" also. Kathy
