After my eye exam next door by their great doctors and caring staff, walked over to get my prescription glasses filled. Knowledgeable and truly helpful with explaining what coverage I had as well as so many options. The selection is great - the assistance is the best!! Glad we found the perfect spot for one stop care/shopping for our eye needs. Had to add this update: Thea is fantastic!! Patient and thorough. She did some extra research for us on our insurance and husband was able to get second pair covered!! Thank you!!
Kaitlyn was wonderful to work with. A few days after my laser treatment, I visited to order my prescription glasses and she gave me plenty of time to explore their wide selection of glasses. She helped me choose the right pair of glasses and sunglasses based on the shape of my face (being I’m new at this 😂) comfortableness and need. Kaitlyn also made sure to explain upfront how much my insurance would cover, along with the available upgrades and additional options. When I picked them up, she ensured they fit well and were spotless. Since I’m new to wearing glasses, I was especially grateful for her friendliness, patience and expertise.
Staff is very helpful and offers a complete personal experience. Great selection too. The guy who assisted me picked out some great frames, one of which I chose as the keeper.
Don't waste a drive here because they don't accept prescriptions from anyone other their own.
