Such a great experience going to DeCarlo Optometry. Both gals at the front desk are so friendly and knowledgeable, appointment was kept promptly at the scheduled time, and Dr. DeCarlo was informative & helpful. Definitely recommend!
I loved my visit with Dr. DeCarlo! He was super professional, patient, kind and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him. He was able to recommend me a few solutions for my very complicated prescription. He has my endorsement. Also, the office is very cute and has a lot of styles to offer. Also has many types of contacts to suggest if the standard solution isn't working for you. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
I've been a patient here since my grade school days, and I consistently recommend this place to everyone I know, especially if you're in need of bifocals. Time and time again, those I've referred here confirm that he's the best in the business. Now, even my children receive their care here. Recently, I underwent Lasik surgery through a partnership between his office and the surgery center, and I'm delighted to say that my vision exceeds 20/20. I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate and genuinely caring doctor.
I was looking for an eye doctor who could help my 91 year old grandmother who struggles with dementia. I called the office and the lady who answered the phone was amazing. She was very helpful and was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. I brought my grandmother in and she was a bit overwhelmed. Dr. DeCarlo and the ladies were incredible and catered to her every need. Dr. DeCarlo worked with her and had the patience of a saint. Not only was he able to work with her, but he is clearly very talented, knows what he is doing, and has the correct equipment to get the job done. We ordered the glasses and came back a few days later when they were in stock. My grandma is very pleased, and has commented several times that she can't remember ever seeing this well. ;) We've found a new optometrist for not only her, but for our entire family. I will highly recommend him to anybody who asks! Thank you Dr. DeCarlo!
Dr. DeCarlo is amazing. I have been wearing corrective lenses for years. Nothing compares to the experiences I have had with Dr. DeCarlo. He is extremely professionally and knowledgeable. He took all the time needed to answer all my questions and concerns. Explained everything to me that was going on through the entire visit. Now my vision is great. No upselling when looking at frames or lenses - they gave me my space when going through this process. I had an insurance issue and his office handled it in a timely manner. They told me not to worry about anything and sure enough everything got handled.
