I have been going to Dr Barnes for many years. Her staff is always polite and offer to schedule as quickly as possible fitting your needs. Dr Barnes is prompt and never makes you wait long for your appointment. She genuinely cares about her patients asking all the questions necessary to assist with your eye care needs I would highly recommend her.
I seen Dr. Brown today for my first visit, she did a fantastic job. She was very knowledgeable and genuinely cared about my concerns. The staff did an awesome job. If you are in need of eye care, I would highly recommend giving them a call. Great job!!
It was a fun visit. The employees all seemed very happy. And in my interactions with the staff, they were very informative and knowledgeable and willing to fully explain the answers to any questions I had. Dr Barnes and the staff were both friendly and professional. They Have the latest equipment and they explained each procedures function, and how it would be done and how it would affect me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for optometry services.
Dr. Brown was amazing! She answered all my questions about glasses, contacts, and navigating the joys of eyes made in the 1900’s. She explained everything clearly, never rushed me, and made the whole appointment easy and enjoyable. All the staff there were friendly welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommend!
My Wife and I both had appointments with Dr Michelle Barnes today. Our appointment for exam and glasses couldn’t have gone any smoother. We felt welcome there and everything was handled very efficiently. We felt like Amy really had our backs handling the insurance side of things. Great operation!!
