I had a fantastic experience at my eye exam today! The process was not only quick but also incredibly thorough. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient, ensuring no time was wasted. The eye exam itself was performed with great care and precision, making me feel confident in the results. Overall, it was a great visit that combined speed with meticulous attention to detail, highly recommended for anyone needing a reliable and effective eye care service!

Dr. Nguyen is friendly, very personable, and I have always had a great experience for my annual vision exam, which is why it hurts me to leave this review. I was under the impression (per FL law) that daily disposable contact lenses have a valid prescription for two (2) years, opposed to one (1) year for standard lenses, but when I attempted to use my benefits prior to expiring this past year, they were denied by the team at his office stating that the prescription was expired. I even called and explained the statute and was told the same, that lenses expired after one (1) year, even though when I went to price lenses through Warby Parker, they permitted the prescription for two (2) years. I am very disappointed by the misinformation given from their office and that I was unable to use my benefits. I realize that I should not have waited until the end of the year, but regardless, the lack of clarity and incorrect information will make me seek a different provider for my next exam. Again, as an optometrist, he is amazing, but the information from his office staff is upsetting.
