After I found my glasses were crushed and bent I found EyewearKona in Waikoloa Village. There, I met Darcy. She was kind and very helpful. In just 10 minutes she fixed my specs'. When she finished working on them they were repaired and fitted once again. She did a great job :-). Thank you EyewearKona and Darcy for repairing them so I could enjoy the Big Island, witness the steam vents on Kilauea!

My wife accidentally bent her glasses she needs for reading. I brought them in and they were able to bring them back to shape so they fit perfectly. Very nice store and wonderful people.

From the moment that I walked into Eyecare Waikoloa, I was greeted with aloha and Professionalism. The Staff were very helpful and Dr. Miyasaka took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and expertise. If anyone reading this has any eye issue(s), Dr. Miyasaka and his excellent staff will be able to help you.

I broke an ear piece of my glasses while on vacation. Very friendly people. I received excellent customer service for a temporary replacement to get through vacation. They wouldn’t take any reimbursement other than a huge mahalo.

Darcy and Brittany Rae were amazing. Fixed my glasses on the spot. Friendly, courteous, helpful and loved the store. Had lots of selections of eyewear. They take all insurances and have a doctor there. Highly recommend.
