I am absolutely impressed by the care I receive from Wally Kojima! He’s extremely professional, thorough, knowledgeable And personable! It’s conveniently located inside Costco, and the staff is always friendly! Dr. Kitamori is amazing as well! I highly recommend them!! I have been going for about five years now!
I had an excellent experience at this office. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The exam was efficient, and I felt confident that my eye health was being carefully evaluated. The office was clean, organized, and well-run. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention I received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality eye care. Exceptional service from the Doctor during the exam as well as the staff processing me upon arrival and the preliminary tests. Every step and issues were addressed and explained. Dr. Kojima presented himself as being very knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend everyone to see him.
From setting up my appointment, checking in, pretesting for examination, picking out my glasses, talking with the doctor and checking out I was so impressed with the customer service. All of the staff was bright, friendly, helpful and extremely well trained. Working in service for forty years I can appreciate the kindness and consistency that it takes to make your customer leaving well informed and feeling really good about their experience. Dr Wally Kojima and his staff are a pleasure to work with. Everyone is professional and friendly. They take time to explain the various procedures and make you feel comfortable. Dr Kojima always remembers my history and new concerns and takes the time to address each one so I know he’s looking out for me personally. Great service with kindness. I won’t go anywhere else.
