Great people and awesome place. Doctor Nina is fast gentle and very efficient. All staff are very polite and know what they are doing. I went in with expectations and was finished faster then a thought. I was guided with the choosing of my new optical and can’t wait to feel better with my eye sight. Love aloha eye care the name speaks for itself self. Thank you and see you again when I want new design of my glasses.
This was my first eye exam in years and my first visit with Dr. Love. I was extremely impressed with the care I received. Dr. Love was efficient, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain everything she found during the exam, as well as all of the options available to me. She made sure I understood my eye health and never made me feel rushed. What stood out most was how genuinely invested she seemed in helping me make the best decisions for my vision. I left feeling informed, confident, and cared for. I also want to recognize her husband, who went above and beyond to help me total everything up and even put a rush on my eyeglass order, which I greatly appreciated. The front desk staff were equally wonderful—friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. It's rare to find a team that combines professionalism, knowledge, efficiency, and genuine kindness so well. I highly recommend Dr. Love and her staff to anyone looking for outstanding eye care.
Dr. Nina and the other staff were so sweet with my daughters. They both enjoyed their first optometrist sessions and had fun talking with Dr. Nina throughout their appointments. Mahalo nui for the compassionate care you all offer up… it is much appreciated!
