They didn't submit my documentation in time despite being given several weeks to do so and numerous reminder calls, and my other doctor needed to completely redo all of the tests, which was very expensive.
Hands down! Dr. Opara is the best optometrist in the DFW area! She listens and does thorough exams! I highly recommend her! Great staff and optician as well!
My mom had services here a couple of years ago and had great service. She needed to go again and decided to go back to this clinic because of her previous post it I’ve experience there. It took several days of her calling to be able to make an appointment because no one answered the phone. Her appointment was today at 10am, but the establishment was closed, no one picked up the phone, and the voicemail was full. We left after 30 minutes of waiting and drove by again after an hour. The place seemed empty again. It’s bizarre that any business would have such poor professionalism when great service was a norm before. We pray everything is okay with Dr. Opara.
How can an optometrist do your exam but never be open so you can pick up your glasses that I’ve already paid for! I have went here 5 times! Two on the weekends and 3 different times late in the morning to afternoon! If they are not open then change the hours on the store! They have no one to pick up their phone and voice mail s always full! I am going to report them to my insurance and board! This is negligence for me and my children who can’t see at school!
My daughter has been going to Dr. Opara since she was 2 yrs old. My son since he was 5. Dr. Opara corrected a severe vision issue with my daughter and my daughter's vision has improved TREMENDOUSLY. Both my children's vision has improved. We wouldn't go anywhere else
