The optometrist herself was great , super nice, friendly, and she explained everything really well. Honestly, she deserves five stars. But the front staff completely ruined the experience.
After my appointment, they ordered my contacts and never followed up and not even once. A whole month went by with no call or update. When I finally called, the doctor answered and told me there had been a problem with my order because apparently the wrong prescription was sent and she said her staff would reach out to fix it. No one ever called me back.
When I called again, the girl who answered sounded annoyed, like she didn’t want to be bothered. She said she’d contact the supplier and promised to call me back and also said she’d give me some trial contacts since I was running out. Two weeks went by, still nothing. I called again, and another lady answered with the same rude, careless attitude. She said they hadn’t heard back and might just cancel the order.
When I finally got a call saying my contacts were ready, I asked if I could look at glasses too since mine got scratched on a trip. They said it was fine to come in without an appointment. But when I showed up, the same bad attitude continued. The woman at the front barely said hello, handed me my contacts without a smile or goodbye, and walked away. I started browsing glasses on my own, and when she saw me again, she asked, Do you need anything? but it was clear she wasn’t interested in helping and asked for my prescription.
The doctor is amazing, but the front staff is rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. It’s really disappointing because this place has good reviews, but I can see I’m not the only one who’s had this kind of experience. I won’t be coming back.
