Dr. Lemberg is such an amazing eye doctor! Every time I go to her for an eye exam, like today I had to go in last minute because I was running out of contact lenses for my left eye-- Dr. Lemberg always makes me feel welcomed, safe, and cared for every time I go to her office. Thank you Dr. Lemberg :). Amazing service! I would totally recommend her to anyone who is looking for an eye doctor.
Dr. Lemberg is very good at what she does, and I’ve had a positive experience with her care. However, I recently had a frustrating experience while in the middle of a move. I misplaced my prescription and needed a printed copy, knowing I wouldn’t be in the area much longer. When I arrived at Costco, the optical counter was extremely busy, so I stepped into the doctor’s office, where the doctor and receptionist were present, and asked for a replacement printout. The receptionist immediately told me there would be a $5 charge and asked if that was okay. I was surprised and said no—I didn’t understand why I should have to pay for a copy of a prescription I had already paid for. She explained that it was their policy. Rather than argue, I decided to go back and wait at the optical counter. After a few minutes, a very kind employee named Waleed offered to help me. He not only printed a copy of my prescription at no charge, but also adjusted my glasses. The whole process took just a few minutes and was handled with professionalism and kindness. While I respect Dr. Lemberg’s expertise, the policy of charging for a simple prescription copy felt unnecessary and not very customer-service oriented. It left me with a disappointing impression…
She is just awesome .Very professional, great care . Made everything super easy. I have been Dr Nina's patient for over 7 years. I definitely appreciate the professionalism. She keeps her cool even true all the " psychos " on costco .
Dr. Lemberg and her staff are excellent! I brought my son in for an exam for glasses as well as contacts! They were so patient and thorough! They made sure that he was comfortable and prepared to leave the office with his contacts. Additionally, the office location couldn’t be more convenient. I highly recommend Dr. Lemberg’s office!
I recently switched to Dr. Lemberg after a very disappointing experience with my former eye doctor. I expressed my concerns with Dr. Lemberg and she took the time to actually listen to me and discuss my issues even though she had other patients to see. She never made made me feel rushed. Her staff was absolutely amazing. They were extremely helpful and very friendly. In this day of rush to get things done and who’s next it is nice to know that there is still nice caring people in this world that actually care about you as a person. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to any of my family and friends.
