Absolutely love everything about my experience here! They get u an appt. By the following week, the staff and the doctor were so kind and knowledgeable. I got my glasses in only one week after my initial visit! And these glasses are such a better quality than any of my previous ones I have gotten with Medi cal. They also told me I can come in any time I need the frames adjusted and they will do it for free. The prescription is perfect well. So happy 😁 with them!

I went to Dr. Gillette to get glasses. I had always bought the "el cheapo" ones due to my budget. This time I told the Helper that I wanted to move up to the nicer ones. I was shocked when I saw they cost $282! But I got really hot when they told me the ones I got could not be adjusted at the ear pieces, and they kept sliding of my face whenever I looked down. When I took them in again, hoping to one day be able to wear my $282 glasses, I was told that they couldn't cross-match any other side stems and the only other option was for me to BUY another frame, and probably pay for resizing the lenses. And no credit or discount was offered for the $282 that now sits in my drawer. No customer service here.

It is impossible to make an appointment since they don't make them any further out than the following day and when staff says they will call you to make an appointment and they never do. Not a great way to run a business.

He is very nice and really checks your eyes and if you need further testing they can do most in the office

Was called over from insurance, had to spend almost 500 on lens replacement (no frames. Lens.) They returned my prescription glasses that i was supposed to get 2 years ago. Now i have to wait about a month for my frames back and I'm not even sure I'll be getting them in the first place. Go to Stanton near the baskin robins if you want people who care about your eyes.
