The optometrist was nice, however that being said the rest of the staff front office and the glasses fitting people were incredibly nonchalant and very inconvenienced. The staff there has the warmth of a crocodile. The glasses were good quality in the fitting went well. When I was asking questions about glasses and prices The woman that was sitting in there supposedly to help me fit my glasses kind of snickered and when I wanted to choose the middle of the line frames instead of the high dollar ones. If you plan on dropping a lot of money go ahead and go and they might be might more friendly than they were to me.

Sid (Isidra) at Dr. Zoellner’s truly went above and beyond. With my recent career change involving a lot more computer work, she helped me choose the exact filters I needed and explained why they’d make a difference. She also pulled five frames for me and nailed it on the very first one — her eye for style and fit is spot‑on. I’ve worn glasses for 32 years, and the pair I picked up today is the best I’ve had in decades. The clarity, comfort, and overall fit are on another level, and that’s entirely due to Sid’s knowledge, experience, and attention to detail. She’s a standout and absolutely deserves recognition.

Sad to have to post a negative review about my recent experience here. I’ve been going to this office for at least a decade. I came in and due to an emergency I needed to have my glasses replaced I was able to go to Empire optical to get a new frame after my dog had chewed up my glasses and continue using my damage lenses. Then I returned to Zoellner and was told that my replacement lenses would be 1 1/2 to 2 weeks for delivery. I called after approximately one week and I was assured that there were no issues at that time. Then after another week and a half I finally called back, wondering what was going on and I found out that they had sent inappropriate measurements to the manufacturer. As a result, it would be another week to a week and a half before my lenses arrived. As a physician my eyesight is critical and this is absolutely unacceptable that this wasn’t caught when I called the first time. Their optometrists are phenomenal and I always have good results with the prescription that I get. However, I am concerned about staff that allow for a pair of glasses to take almost a month to be replaced. I can’t in good conscience recommend their ability to provide timely and quality glasses in an emergency situation.

I recently came in for a new pair of glasses and received the best customer service I have ever received from Dr. Zoellner's staff, and I have been coming here for 15+ years. Syd (I may have spelled her name incorrectly), was such an angel, she helped with each step of the process. I will be asking for her every time I come in. She was the absolute best.

I had a walk-in yesterday and had a great screening for both glasses and contacts. The people that helped me where both great at their positions and very helpful. Left with trial contacts and an order for both glasses and sunglasses. Paid in full, almost 500. Today at 5pm mind you. I get a call that I have a balance of 30 something and change no big deal. I said I'll pay that when I come in to pick them up. Tech said that was fine 10-15 mins later they call back and say we can't order your lens till you pay your full balance on your frames. I'm mad at this point it's my only day off and if you live in Tulsa you know there is construction on Harvard in front of their building. It takes 15-20 mins to get through that and it's now after 5 so busier than had they of notified me this morning. So I ask for a refund which I paid majority in cash. They refund the debit amount but I now have to be inconvenienced again to receive my cash portion. IMO this is just bad Management and customer service. When I finally do get my money I will be going elsewhere. Also while I was in there 2 others customers were having issues. One gentleman had waited 4 weeks for his glasses only to receive the wrong ones. And another 6 weeks, someone had called him and told him that they had finally arrived, only to be told once he was there that they didn't have them.
