The workers here were great. They were able to help me with what I needed and they were easy to work with. The glasses selection is pretty vast so there’s definitely a pair for everyone. I went in and selected my glasses and they were done and ready for pickup within just an hour of me picking them out. If you get glasses here you will be pleased with the experience.
I am beyond impressed with the team at this location. I had the best experience. Phil is an amazing dude with a wealth of knowledge and a heart for customer service. Getting correct lenses (progressive) and frames can make or break your quality of life and this team understands that and takes it seriously. I will return and they have my loyalty
Everyone working here was super nice and helpful. I got a pair of really cute glasses and they made them super fast. It only took them like a half an hour. We got there early in the day on Saturday and there was pretty much no one else in there which was really nice cause we were able to get in and out very quick. They said they’re not usually busy early in the morning so that could be a good time to go if you want to get in and out fast. I highly recommend this location.
I called to get help with a broken frame from another Sand Springs store. Jasmine took my call, took time to call the original location found my info for the warranty, frame and called me back within a few minutes. When I walked in I received a friendly greeting and Jasmine already had my frame and info at the register ready to help. Phil took care of me immediately with a smile and positivity that’s rare in today’s world. I appreciate all they did and will be taking all my business to this location in the future!
I searched and searched for affordable glasses because I mainly wear my contacts. My regular eye Dr's glasses dept people didn't seem to want to help after I sat there for an hour, so I walked out & went to Eyemart Express to see what they had to offer. Customer service was EXCELLENT, Prices were EXCELLENT and I walked out with 2 pair of glasses purchased, they were ready the next day and I couldn't be more pleased
