The entire team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the receptionist to the doctor. They took the time to listen to my concerns, provided excellent care, and thoroughly explained everything throughout the visit. The eye exam was comprehensive, and the recommendations were detailed and tailored to the findings. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend them!
Dr. Merchant is excellent! He is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to address my concerns. I appreciate his patience and his dedication in helping me with my eye issues. Aside from the fantastic Doctor, the atmosphere is incredible. You don't feel like you're at a stuffy doctor's office by any means. You feel like you're at home getting an eye exam. The staff is also kind and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Merchant!!
Dr. Merchant is very kind and compassionate. Relaxed demeanor. He is thorough in his testing and shares and explains all tests and their results. He manages his schedule well so that I don't have to wait.
Dr Merchant is an extraordinary caring doctor. I have special needs as I am visually handicapped so my visits are very lengthy and he is always so patient and willing to give the time I need. My last visit with him took a full hour!
