Great discounts and warranties on frames. The ladies at the front desk were very kind, and made me feel welcome. Chris was knowledgeable in his field, and was kind enough to explain how they make prescription with lenses :) I'm happy with my frames and the deals they offered. Highly recommend!! I came back super bummed I broke my favorite pair and Chris fixed it in MINUTES. I love this place, seriously. Amazing folks
Today my mom had an appointment, and I was there helping translate for her. Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with a staff member named Beth. She was rude, spoke in a harsh tone, and was even yelling while giving instructions, which made my mom very uncomfortable. I understand that healthcare environments can be busy, but patients deserve to be treated with respect and kindness—especially when there are language barriers. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure better care and communication in the future.
After waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment I left. Was also not comfortable with a sign that stated you were responsible for knowing what your insurance covered and were responsible for any overages. Seriously?
Fixed my glasses even though I didn’t get the prescription here. Good hearts and great professionals work here; highly recommend!!
My daughter and I both have see Dr. Scott Sanders for our eye care, we both were prescription glasses. Dr. Sanders and the staff are always very helpful, and friendly, the office is very clean and they do have current styles for glasses.
