I had an excellent experience with Dr. Hauser and his entire team. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The staff made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and Dr. Hauser took the time to answer questions thoroughly while making me feel comfortable and confident in my care. The overall experience was flawless from start to finish, and it’s clear that patient care is a top priority for everyone in the office. I would highly recommend Dr. Hauser and his team to anyone looking for outstanding eye care and a friendly, supportive environment.

I came to Dr. Tavel for my eye exam about 2 weeks ago. Wonderful visit with staff and doctor. Today I go to pick up my eyewear, needed a few adjustments, they were still crooked (bi-focals), asked for another adjustment and the young lady said they look good. I went to o Walmart and had someone at Walmart adjust them so the bifocals were straight. Walmart was given a review of this person who did what the young lady at Dr. Tavel would not. Thank you.

Dr. David is amazing! I followed her from the Dr. Tavel Avon location to the Mooresville location because I trust her completely with my eyes. You can truly tell she loves what she does as she’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you understand everything throughout the visit. She never rushes and always makes me feel comfortable. I wouldn’t go to anyone else! I highly recommend her.

Everybody was so nice and welcoming. They’re great with kids. My son received great care from both doctor and the ladies in the front. He loved it here! He can’t wait to go back for his glasses! If you have superior vision via Anthem Medicaid this office is in your insurance network!

Dr. Houser was great, explaining my results as we went along. The staff was great in working with my wheelchair. They also were up front about costs and our best choices with (and without) our insurance.
