Staff here is excellent! Mari is so kind and helpful. The optometrist was great and professional. The pricing is better than others as well, and they aren't pushy to upsell. Currently they have lots of openings so its easy to make an appointment.

Excellent experience at Dr. Tavel Westfield! Dr. Corrin Krieg was phenomenal—professional, thorough, and made the entire visit easy and comfortable, explained everything in detail. Aidan, the technical specialist, was also outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommend this team for exceptional eye care!
I would not recommend Dr. Tavel Westfield. My appointment was at 8:00 a.m. in August. I was told to arrive at 7:45 a.m. No one from the office showed up until right at 8:00 a.m., and that was the eye doctor. Apparently the person that was supposed to open showed up late. The office seemed confused by the whole thing. My eye exam was fine. After the appointment I spent approximately 30 minutes waiting for the office staff to submit my contact order which included $100 plus rebate. They finally said this rebate was something I had to submit and gave me a massive stack of paperwork. I sifted through the paperwork and submitted the rebate, which was lengthy and time consuming. I waited over a month and when I hadn’t received the rebate, I followed up with the Dr. Tavel Westfield office. They initially refused to help and said I would need to reach out to the contact provider, which I did. The contact provider informed me the Westfield location never completed the proper paperwork for customers of that location to receive a rebate. I attempted to get reimbursed for the $100 plus dollar rebate that I wasted several hours trying to obtain at Dr. Tavel’s direction but can’t get a call back. When I informed Dr. Tavel Westfield that customers from their location aren’t eligible for the rebate this was news to them. Who knows how many customers have spent more money than told they would and then wasted time chasing a rebate that doesn’t exist.
I had a lovely visit this past Monday! The manager Mari was very easy to work with and found me the best deals! I always struggle to choose frames and she was patient and encouraging.
