I was second in line at customer service, but the one woman handling returns had a guest returning several items… before I knew it, there were eight people in line! Enter: Sean! Like Superman who came over and helped restore order. Sean welcomed me with his beautiful blue eyes and shaky hands and helped me make a return without the receipt. He told me that I needed to leave… But once he noticed the tears in my eyes, he asked if I remembered the date of the purchase, which I did, and he was able to scan the barcode and track down the item. What a close call! Sean followed all the Walmart policies very adherently, and would not accept my passport picture on my phone… He handed me back my item and told me I needed to leave… Even though all I wanted was a simple exchange pop up but nothing he suggested I check my purse for my passport and guess what it was there! What a smart man he is! Sean gave me a store credit. I was able to find the hairdryer on discount sale and buy a couple other items without paying any extra money! I noticed Sean was a coach at Walmart, which made me feel warm inside, knowing that someone as helpful and stringent as Sean was training other employees. I look forward to my next amazing Walmart experience and I really hope I get to see Sean’s smile again.

This Walmart store is smaller than the one I usually shop at, but they seemed to be well-stocked, organized and clean. The employees that we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
This is my go to Walmart store for quick pickups. I just order online and I drive right into the pick up section and wait for my delivery. The service is seamless and very quick. My purchases are delivered accurately and I’ve been very happy with this effortless experience. Walmart has definitely up their game and is doing a great job with pick up service
The management at this Westfield store is excellent. The main manager Ryan is always incredibly helpful and willing to go out of its way to help. Other coaches there, Sean and Trish are exceptional. We buy thousands of dollars of food and pet food each month and they handle all of it with great finesse and kindness.
Clerks could care less about providing good service. Clerk today would not say hello, thank you or even asked if I found everything ok. just rang up items, sat there while I inserted card and handed me my receipt...that was it for my 1st transaction. 2nd one was worse...I had 16 cans of paint, different brands/prices. She rang up one and then counted cans to ring all at same price. I told her 3 times not the same type of paint. Took me getting very insistent before she would ring up different kinds of paint...but then kept ringing until charged me for 18 cans of paint. Again I had to get really insistent before she would fix it...she just kept say "ok" and doing the checkout wrong. Bad attitude, zero attention to charging for what I even bought!
