I highly recommend this office. The front desk staff is always friendly and communicate on time. They’ve notified me they were running ahead of schedule so I could show up early for my appointment which I appreciated! Dr. Chauhan is knowledge and friendly. She always takes the time to explain everything to me and works with me to make sure I’m happy with my vision. We’ve tried multiple different contact brands and combinations of prescriptions to find what works best for me. Many thanks Dr. Chauhan!

I have been with Norman and Miller in Westfield for years. I would recommend Dr. Chouhan to everyone. She is very patient and kind. She’s very calm and also loves to smile and laugh. She takes time to talk with you about your eye issues and doesn’t seem put out. Her staff are amazing. Kyla (the technician) and Jamie ( the optician) are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They also are able to answer all your questions about the appt and are especially well versed in your insurance plans. This was so helpful for me because I didn’t know what my insurance plan had regarding actual eye insurance coverage. They also are smiling every time I come in. I am very please and happy with them.

I always have a great experience at Miller & Norman. I use the Westfield location typically, but have also had a great experience at Sheridan location once before. On time, friendly and fair pricing.

I have seen Dr. Chauhan before and I was seen as an ad on for a acute condition. The entire staff was welcoming and aware of my needs. Dr Chauhan took her time in explaining treatment options. If need be I would gladly be seen in this office again.

Thoroughly impressed with staff and doctor. I had a bad experience with another eye doctor about 8 months ago and was looking for someone new. I certainly got lucky and picked the right place. The staff was friendly and and very professional. The doctor was amazing and did several tests and answered all my questions. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.....definitely recommend!!!
