Dr. Reilly and her staff are so sweet and knowledgeable. Really nice to have such a great eye doctor in the neighborhood.
My husband had cataract surgery, Dr. Reilly was super efficient and made this an excellent experience.
I would give Zero if I could. We are going to have to pursue legal actions as a result of Dr. Reilly selling my cognitively challenged sister a defective pair of glasses. She made FIVE uber trips (up and back) to have the glasses repaired. She also is the sole caregiver for my 96 year old mother, so we have incur another expense @ $30 per hour for someone to stay with her while she makes these visits. I have all of the receipts, etc. and already contacted an attorney, (my husband is also an attorney) and will contact the DA And Americans with disabilities organization. My sister contacted the office and the office help said there is nothing they can do. This is NOT ethical!
