really disappointed at this sam’s club located in wilkes-barre. me and my fiance are originally from florida and we came here for a work trip for a few months. didn’t realize the corn was moldy all around (as you can see on some spots of the corn) this picture was right when i got home from sam’s club. i did not expect them to have this out. i didn’t really think to stop and look at them being that all the same club i’ve went to never had this problem. i’ll definitely be keeping my eye out for now on 🫣🫩…

Good deals especially in bulk. I love their fresh squeezed orange juice. The rotisserie chicken and their Danish is the most delicious I've had anywhere.

Very nice sam's club. Excellent fruit and vegetables. Pineapple great price. Cake selection small in comparison to some other sam's club. Small eatery inside for fast food. The samplers was very nice people and friendly. The store had so many clothes in a small area. Usually, the area is larger is size to accommodate the amount of clothes. Great selection and prices.

I have never had a worse service experience than I did with the Sam’s Club food court in Wilkes-Barre Township. Today I waited in line for almost 40 minutes just to try to order food. Several people who were ahead of me actually left the line because the wait was so long. One man told me he had ordered two whole pizzas from the parking lot before coming inside to shop, and after an entire hour of shopping his pizzas still weren’t ready. Honestly, he had more patience than most people would. When it was finally my turn to stand at the counter, I waited another 20 minutes without any employee acknowledging me. When one of the workers finally looked in my direction, I politely said, “Hey, whenever you guys get the chance, could you please take my order?” The employee immediately got angry, started yelling and cursing at me, and stormed out of the kitchen. The employee had facial piercings and was shouting at me as if I had done something wrong, even though I had simply asked if they could take my order after waiting almost an hour. All I did was respectfully ask for service after a very long wait. Being cursed at by an employee for that is completely inappropriate and unacceptable. Customers should not be treated this way. This was easily the worst service experience I’ve had, and management seriously needs to address how the food court is being run.
