My husband and I had our annual eye exams done a few days ago. Dr. Hida is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She is genuinely concerned about our general health as well as our vision. The office staff is also welcoming and courteous. Dr. Hida’s assistants do our peripheral exams, retinal photos, and glaucoma tests with care. We feel confident that our eyes are in the best care at Dr. Hida’s office!
Dr..Hida, Dr Kramer and the office staff are very caring and thorough. They listen to your concerns and are accommodating. I am so glad I found a great optometrist. My son started going to Dr Hida's too after I told him about how awesome they are. Said he has no regrets.
Very soothing information for my eyesight and conditions of my vision. The office is more than capable to communicate with me, in my own pidgin language so I can understand how to care for my vision in the near and future. They answered my interest without finishing my sentences. Just like glasses They hit/sit on my nose Aloha Dr. Hida , Dr..Kramer and staff. Ps they even laughed at my jokes A+ Excellent'e Picture is a joke of me taking somewhere else in a different time Hahahaha These glasses are worn like this id you have a flat nose I learn you how!!!!! 🤣😎😜
Dr Hida and her staff are always professional, welcoming and have wonderful conversations with me. Dr.Hida is very patient and helpful whenever I come in for my appointment, she explains clearly and makes sure I am comfortable with my decision. Thank you Dr.Hida and staff💯🌸
Called this office to see if they were excepting new patients and was able to get in the next day. I arrived early incase there was no parking in the area to find ample parking. The office was clean. The staff was very welcoming and kind. There was very little wait time they were ready to get started before I had completed the paperwork. I was asked by everyone if I had any questions multiple times. Overall everything was above my expectations.
