I saw Dr. Guyse today and she is awesome! The whole staff is awesome! I’m so glad I had friends who referred me to them! I got contacts for the first time today and the staff member who helped me was so patient! She told me I did awesome for a first timer 🤣🫶🏾 But hey, they got a forever patient in me!
Drake Eye Center went above and beyond today! Firstly, I called this morning for an appointment and they were able to get me in same-day (which is HUGE when you have littles and a crazy work schedule that makes appointments near impossible to make). Check in went smooth and the receptionist was so kind. The doctor was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and ensured all my eye care needs were met today. They even helped me get a trial of contacts to get through the holiday. Brooke was so sweet & helpful with the glasses selection/fitting process. We did not have a bad experience with any one or part of the visit today & will definitely be a repeat patient from now on! ♥️🙌 Editing to add: The pricing is SO affordable in the world of eyeglasses/contacts. They have a really good selection of trendy, cute frames to choose from too.
All the staff was very kind and made me feel at ease. Dr. Guyse was wonderful. She explained everything in detail so I couldn’t understand fully what was being done. I definitely recommend Drake Eye Center.
Amazing! I can honestly say that my expectations were surpassed! These days I often feel like a number and that providers don’t have time. NOT at Drake! This was probably the best appointment I have EVER had with ANY medical provider! 100% recommen and will be back. Staff was incredible and Dr. Drake was thorough and very informative. He took the time to explain and answer questions. TOP NOTCH!
I had my yearly visit today & I had to keep my iPhone close because of ….. I was that customer that I would hate to have! The lady that was the initial tech that checked my eyesight, Dr. Drake finalized my check up and the sales lady that picked out my frames and helped me decide what to have for a pair of work glasses was all top-notch and friendly! I Pick up my glasses in a couple days and I will be able to look at my computer 8 to 10 hours a day without having massive headaches! They are seriously, very professional!
