Very satisfied with the level of service here, much much better than my previous eye doctor in Decatur, she actually listened and fixed the issues with my contacts prescription that the other doctor in Decatur flat out refused to address.
Been going here for a while now. Today they helped me out so much. My glasses were broken beyond repair, and I've been without them for about a week now. Which has been giving me headaches everyday, so I was desperate for anything. Not only did they help me pick out some glasses, but they also gave me 2 boxes of contacts with solution to help me have something in the mean time until my glasses are ready. I was so relieved. The staff was super nice, friendly, and very helpful.
Hartselle Eye Care never fails and are reasonably priced. The front desk receptionists are pleasant and nice. Dr. Persall is very personable and has a great sense of humor. Christy was very patient with me as I browsed around for a good 30 minutes looking for new frames because I'm quite indecisive. She answered any questions that I had regarding costs with the insurance that I have. Looking forward to getting my new glasses next week! Thank you Hartselle Eye Care!
They were amazing when my puppy chewed up my glasses and I needed a new pair asap! Everyone was so helpful in making sure I got a new pair of glasses as quickly as possible. They had a great selection to choose from too and now I have an even nicer pair of glasses than before. We are new to the area and I’m just so thankful for their help.
