Glad I did not rely on the reviews to decide on this office. This office is the best, friendly staff, nicest doctor, and huge selection of frames in stock. First eye doctor in 5+ years that evaluated my eye glass and contact prescription corect! Libby discovered my old eyeglasses were not correctly filled by previous company(not going to mention the name). She measured and ordered me eyeglasses and I can see distance and close up for first time since needing readers. So happy with Driftwood eye center. Thank you.
Ordered glasses, explaining to staff, that I needed by a certain date, because I was leaving the state. I was guaranteed there would be no problem. After waiting 20 days, still don't have them. I had to contact the office several times and than spoke to my Health Insurance, they said the office needed to contact the lab for a response and that the office should put a rush on my order. Day 21 and I am still waiting. Very disappointed!! They might want to consider using another lab!!
Most professional and efficient.. thank you Dr. Reynolds. He was very friendly and impressionable and will definitely return. Found the staff a less friendly, when making the appointment and also upon arrival. Was amusing listening to the chatter.. new hairdo, eucalyptus.. 😊
Wide selection of glasses, the doctor is knowledgeable and very professional, would highly recommend, pleasant and easy experience. Far better customer service than other Practices in the area and my previous doctor’s office.
