I don't usually leave reviews, but this office deserves one. We live in a small town, and I was honestly blown away by the care I received. From the front desk to the staff helping with glasses, everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and patient. They make you feel comfortable from the minute you walk through the door. The eye doctor is wonderful too, kind, thorough, and takes the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. They also have an incredible selection of frames. The display wall is huge, well lit, and has a big mirror making it easy to take your time and find a pair you love. We are really lucky to have a place like this in our community. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent eye care and genuinely great people. ❤️

The people who I have spoken to on the phone have been very nice. The 3 stars would be 5 if you could only follow your posted hours. I have previously called at 4pm to verify that you are open to only be greeted by a voicemail. I thought you were on another line or busy with a patient and especially because Google shows that you verified the accuracy of the posted hours just 6 wks ago. I showed up to your office way before the posted closing time to be greeted with locked doors and no note explaining or apologizing for the early closure. My suggestion: DO BETTER!
