Dr. Madhiwala is a really great doctor and I would definitely recommend her services. She has great bedside manner and is very personable. Her staff is great and very thorough. Everything was explained very well to me. They give a reminder to call when you schedule you appointment which I greatly appreciated. The office itself is very clean and organized. Overall, I had a great experience!

Dr. Madhiwala and her team are incredibly wonderful and efficient. The office is spotless and professional. They thoroughly explained the charges and my insurance benefits multiple times. Emilly, the technician, was incredibly quick and skilled with the machines. Dr. Madhiwala is exceptionally caring and genuinely listens to her patients. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone.

You need to understand the extra hidden cost if you get your eyes checked here. Our family was checked by her last year and we needed new prescription for glasses. I called her office yesterday (10th Apr 2026) and the person (a female whose name I did not ask) making appointment, gave me appointment for 1.40 for 11 Apr for 3 of us. When I reached there, we were asked to fill out forms and then one of the assistant asked me to follow her for the Optomap machine checkup. I asked what is this for and is it part of the regular test. She said no it is not part of the regular test and it will be $39 for this exam. SHE SAID IT IS COMPULSORY otherwise they will not do the regular eye exam. Since I had gotten this test last year and there was no issue I did not want to get it done again as I don't see the value. I asked where does it state about this rule in this office or why I was not informed when I made the appointment? She said they are sorry but I will have to take that optional exam otherwise they will cancel my appointment and will not check my eyes. So my problem is you did not tell me when I made the appointment, it is not required by law in NJ nor does my Insurance mandates it. On top the front desk was kind of rude like we don't care type of attitude. Even the doctor came out and said sorry we will not take you. She said it is some sort of liability issue. HOW? There are so many doctors in NJ do your eye exam without this machine. So basically she has invested money on the machine and now she wants everyone to get it checked whether you want it or not. I don't expect to have this type of bad treatment from a Dr at Costco. If I can give 0 star I would have given that. I would not recommend this place.

Dr. Madhiwala is a caring, thorough, and skillful doctor. Her practice is conveniently located in the North Brunswick Costco warehouse, and my family has been a patient here for several years. The front desk is always courteous and I especially appreciate the way the Dr. speaks and treats her staff and patients with respect. The equipments are cleaned thoroughly, and Dr. Madhiwala listens to our feedback to make sure that our contact fitting and prescription are just right. I appreciate that when possible, she offers 10 day trial try-on for new contacts and patiently make needed adjustments just to make sure we are happy. I love the convenience of being able to purchase glasses and contacts right outside of her office with the costco optical services. You can’t go wrong with this practice.

I have been to many eye doctors, and this is the absolute best experience I have ever had. Dr Neha is so kind, caring, well spoken, and emotionally intelligent. The office staff is well spoken, helpful, and really cares about their patients. I am definitely coming back in the future.
