The entire staff, from the receptionists to the techs to Dr. Bonnie were fabulous. All treatment was preformed quickly but thoroughly, and with explanation along the way. Dr. Bonnie took her time and was so thorough in explaining my diagnosis and treatment plan. I was actually able to start therapy with her the very same day. I am so happy to have dry eye treatment that targets the source of the problem, not just have drops to manage my symptoms alone!

The Doctors and staff at Dry Eye are incredibly professional while personable and kind. Every aspect of your appointment from checking in to purchasing glasses is handled with one on one care and a great desire to make you comfortable, satisfied with any purchase and informed on you needs and condition. I have now brought my entire family into their care.

The best optometrist I’ve ever been to! The staff is friendly, the office is run well AND they go above and beyond to ensure their patients are well taken care of. I am always nervous when I go to the eye doctor but the entire staff put me at ease and Dr. Franklin was so patient and tried everything in order for me to leave satisfied and able to see better than I ever have. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Dr. Schwertz has been wonderful and taken very good care of my daughter. I have changed myself and my son to Dry Eye Center. It is a very clean and nice place. All the employees are very kind and caring.

I’m so very grateful that I was referred to Dry Eye Center by a family member. Dr. Franklin is very professional and obviously “knows his stuff”, yet is also very friendly, approachable and extremely willing to answer any questions posed to him. Every member of the staff there is well-suited for working with the public (unfortunately, a quality that is becoming a rarity these days). They follow Dr. Franklin’s lead in that they are professional, kind and take their jobs very seriously. Out of ten stars, I give Dry Eye Center twenty! I highly recommend them.
