Tria Vision is the best and always treats me so well!!! Their new colonnade clinic is so convenient to me and so nice and updated. Nicole at the front desk is so patient, helpful, and the sweetest thing. I just started seeing Dr. Isabella Simmons who helped me out SO much with my eye irritation I was having. She was thorough but got me in and out quickly without feeling rushed at all. I highly recommend using them for your eye care needs!!!!!

My appointment was at 8:15. I arrived 25 minutes early. My appointment was set 6 months ago. I made the earliest appointment available so that I could get to work. After waiting over an hour and watching everyone that came in after me go back I went to the front desk. Was told that they were busy and I can make another appointment. I asked why they overbooked and was told that my doctor was leaving and wanted to see as many patients as possible. This is the third or fourth doctor that I’ve seen with Triavision. I started with Callahan eye clinic at UAB because I have Glocoma and the location is convenient. I was transferred to Triavision without asking if I wanted to change. Now Triavision has moved out to the Colonade which is not convenient and they are obviously having staffing issues. I will be looking for a new eye doctor.
