I've been seeing Drs Cavender and Hasabnis for 2 1/2 years and have always received great care. Dr Hasabnis has performed two ablations for my Afib. It's recently returned and I'm actually going to see him this afternoon. The doctors and staff have always been courteous and easy to deal with. I'm surprised by the negative reviews. My experience with them has been nothing but positive.

I waited what felt like 30 minutes in the Exam Room. I do have Memory Issues and Bipolar 1 . Dr. Jacobs was Recommended to my Husband and I from our Family Physician. I got Upset with the Doctor about my wait and something about the way he presented himself. Of Course on my NEXT VISIT I APOLOGIZED wrote him an Apology Letter. None of that Mattered. HE wrote something Scathing and Awful about me in the Computer where other Doctors could see it. I’m having a hard time finding any DOCTOR to see me for Anything. Plus he did a Heart Cath on me and it was very Painful as the tubing went through my veins up to my Heart. I begged to be given some sleep medication. I’m happy now… I see Doctor Koppang. I later found out that I have Brain Microangiopathic Disease and Mild Brain Atrophy. I did not know this at the time of my appointment with Dr. Jacobs. I gave him a copy in hopes he would Understand. I’m not sure if he took his Post about me off the Computer. I wish Someone would let me Know. Thank-you

Dr. Joyce Koppang is an incredible doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable and stays up to date on medical advances. She listens and has an excellent bedside manner. She is the only reason I go to CVA. It is ALWAYS a 2-3 hour wait before being taken back to the exam room. If you happen to have other appointments that day you will be disappointed because you will not make it. I missed a dentist appointment and had to pay a no show fee because my appointment took three hours at CVA. I stay because of Dr. Koppang who is the absolute best.

Please ensure that Sharlena receives some phone etiquette training. She’s not pleasant at all. I was simply calling to see if my referral had been received from my Dr.’s office. I’m glad I had the wrong location!! But wouldn’t pass the opportunity to write this. Do better sis!!

Terrible practice and terrible billing department. They lied and stated that with my insurance I would pay $3-4,000 for a procedure then told me if I self paid it would only be $1,200. I went that route assuming they were truthful. They told me I could make monthly payments of $25 on that $1,200, but after the bill arrived, the billing department stated $50 was the minimum. Dr Mathew Sample billed my insurance for a 45m initial assessment and only was face to face for 10-15 min tops, they triple charged me for an ECG test, then charged my insurance an extra $400 to "read" my self pay procedure test despite the fact that the results were on my chart prior to them even reviewing it. They called me 2 months after my results were on the portal to tell me I was fine. That was the $400 charge... a phone call from a nurse. I tried to call the office manager twice and after 2 weeks I received a call from her just to tell me "that's just the way this works" and she then hung up the phone. A disrespectful, unethical, and fraudulent practice that I will ensure everyone I'm in contact with knows about.
