My experience with Warby Parker was excellent. Madelyn N helped me make a decision on a pair of prescription sunglasses based on my personal taste and some of her own recommendations that I hadn't thought to look at. My son was also there for new glasses and she helped him as well. He was not as open to outside influence and Madelyn was great with that as well. Overall a great experience.
Highly recommend WP at the Summit! The lovely sales girl who helped me was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. She didn’t tell me just what she thought I may want to hear on styles, but listened to what I wanted and needed. Not only was she honest, but extremely helpful to me making my final decision on the prescription gasses and sunglasses that I ordered and can’t wait to arrive!

Warby Parker is THE place for eye exams and eyewear. Their prices are fair considering the quality of goods and services you receive. They are wonderful and the staff are always so nice, well versed in their trade, and helpful! I have been a WP customer for over 10 years now.
I was thoroughly impressed with the extremely clean and professionally ran Summit location. I was also very pleased with our WP representative who handled my order, as she was informed, knowledgeable, and prompt in taking care of my order.
