I’m about to stop going here. I always get my glasses here. Last time and this time around my frame to my glasses keep coming apart. The last time I did not say anything because it was close to the time for me to get a new pair. Which is every year. This time around it was only 6 months and they came apart. I went into the office and they said they will order a new pair of frames for me because they are still under warranty. Well that was 6 weeks ago. I don’t understand how i can get a pair of glasses from here in 2 weeks but can’t get a new pair of frames just the frames I 2 weeks or less. I can’t keep giving this place money if they can’t get it together.

Best Eye Doctor (Dr. Dablowski) and Staff I've ever used. The Staff, Kerry (Physician Asst) was awesome. Kerry handled my base examination before the doctors exam. Tigre helped me find my glasses and even looked in the backroom to find the brand I initially was looking for. Jackie did my paperwork and fittings for my new Maui Jims. All three girls were total professionals and a lot of fun to talk and laugh with! I used Americas Best a few months ago and got an exam and bought two Reading Glasses. Dr. Dablowski's exam put Americas Best doctor to shame. I'll pay the difference for a through exam anyday. Great Job Dunes Optical ....the people there make a world of difference!

Unfortunately, I have been a patron since high school and am severing the relationship. I was told the soonest appointment I could have was July 21st in May. I was even given a text reminder the day before: Sunday. I discovered on the appointment date that the doctor couldn't make it and, in essence, I would have to reschedule for about a month. When I told her, she seemed unconcerned and couldn't care less. She didn't believe I received the text until I showed her. She stated that they called; regardless, it's unacceptable to have someone wait for months for an appointment only to have them reschedule. So, since they were not concerned, I figured they no longer needed my business. So sad after all these years of commitment, that's how you are treated.

Scratched my lenses and said they were "already like that". My brand new glasses, that needed adjustment to wear. Sure.
