Franciscan Physician Networ

I cannot say enough good things about this surgical center. The staff is super friendly and very caring. Everything from check-in at the front desk to walking out the door was absolutely perfect and exceeded all of my expectations. The Sunny dispositions of the nursing staff were the best. Even a companion canine lab came to visit me in post op. He was the icing on the cake! The only thing to improve is the surgery status board in the waiting room. It was not updated often.

I would like to make a suggestion, since there is a website, it would be helpful to have your hours of operation notated please. I’ve been to this facility many times & every time they’ve taken very good care of me. Debi who usually takes my information and gives me my ID bracelet is always prompt and courteous. Once you leave the waiting room, you have a private space to change & get “hooked”” up. All the nurses and anesthesiologist are very kind and professional. The last question they’ll ask is if they can follow up with you the next day. Your doctor will come in to answer any questions or concerns. At this time you don’t have long to wait before going into the O.R. This maybe insignificant to some but Woodland Surgical (unlike the hospital!) knows you’ve been fasting prior to your procedure and haven’t eaten in at least 10 hours, so they offer your choice of snacks and drinks. .This has & always will be my facility of choice every time!

Trying to schedule a routine medical test is impossible. I have called daily for 2 weeks. Every time the scheduler is too busy to help me and wants to call back on HER schedule. What a farce. If all you have to do is sit around and wait for them to call go to Franciscian. Maybe some day their scheduler will learn that customer service means meeting the needs of the customer and not her own.

Please be aware the entrance for Dr burke office is hiding in back and if you are more than 10 min late in a traffic jam due to heavy rain you will need to reschedule and be in pain longer with some undiagnosed bowl issue. I will seek another.

I've been trying to call for an appt for over a week. It never rings and you can't leave a voicemail. It just says "I'll transfer you." Then immediately says "this number did not answer" then starts all over again.
