They did an AMAZING job working with a three year old today. I couldn’t tell you the name of the lady doctor we saw, but she was truly amazing. Was patient and friendly and thorough. Telling my kiddo she needed to look and see if she had princess sparkles in her eyes was too cute. Calmed my fears and made it a truly wonderful experience. Thank you Ms. Dr. Lady!!!
If I could share a 0 I would. They sent me a bill for $150 because the person that I was on the phone with when I did my order informed me of the incorrect information. Even thought I insisted that my daughter was not eligible yet. SHE WENT ON AND SAID SHE WAS. Which was the ONLY reason I went forward with the purchase. You can clearly even see that on the bill. Hence the small amount that was charged! She provided me the incorrect information and I made a decision based off what she informed me. Since she works there, right?! Otherwise, I wouldn’t have moved forward with my purchase therefore they should be the ones responsible for this since they made the mistake. I do not recommend this place at all. They clearly have people that work there. They don’t know what they’re doing.
I have been going to Midwest Eye Consultants for some time now seeing Dr. Eberlin and I always have a great experience with them. From scheduling , to being greeted, no long wait time at all so when it was time for my daughter to get her eyes checked I didn’t hesitate to take my child there. The staff was awesome, they were very kind and patient with her. She had a time trying on glasses and getting the young lady opinion on how she looks. She left with a smile . Also let’s not forget that the turnaround time to get your glasses is unmatched. Thank you all
I’ve been to the MC location and the SB location and they are so awesome! They did my diabetic exam and my regular exam and contacted my insurance to get me the best deal. Everyone is friendly and conversational. And now I can see better so that’s a plus!
Ridiculous. This place is heavily booked up. On the day of my appointment, I get a call saying it's cancelled due to the doctor I'm booked with having a family emergency. I get having a family emergency, that isn't the issue. What did they try to do to make it right? Booked me a new appointment 3.5 weeks later. Did they offer to have another doctor see me? No. Did they make any other attempt to correct it? Nope. This happened with another Midwest Eye Consultants location with me previously in 2016. Specifically, the one in South Bend on Ironwood road. They squeezed me in with a different doctor that same day. Yet, Michigan City is incapable. I've been going to Midwest Eye Consultants for over 10 years. I'll be looking for a new vision care center after this.
