Dutchess Optometry

I am so grateful to be a patient at Dutchess Optometry. The staff is wonderful and helpful, whether you need a complicated exam or just a quick frame adjustment.

Yesterday while sitting in Red Hook I noticed that 1 of the nose pieces on my glasses had fallen off. I'd never been to this place before so I called them because they were nearby where I was. And I said hey my nose piece fell off I just realized why my glasses are sitting crooked they said I'll come on right down and we will fix it for you. With no hesitation they took my glasses and they fixed them I can't thank them enough for fixing my glasses and they absolutely did it at a no charge and I am not even a patient of theirs. So for that I am entirely grateful and I felt that they deserved a 5 star review. Thank you duchess optometry for helping me out with my eyeglass need. Yours truly The real deal.

Dutchess Optometry is lovely! Highly recommend! The office is clean, on time, and the staff are polite, friendly, and professional. The eye exams are thorough. Whether they need glasses or contacts, patients of all ages will enjoy their experience at Dutchess Optometry (Red Hook location).

I had a good experience at Dutchess Optometry. The office was easy to get to, comfortable and clean. I arrived early, and was ushered right in. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and Dr Lappan was thorough, also efficient. She explained things about eye glasses I had not understood before. I am eager to receive my new glasses and am confident they will be perfect!

My fiancé had an eye injury that was causing him a lot of pain. I suggested he walk into Dutchess Optometry in Red Hook as I have had nothing but the best experiences there. Austin walked in expecting the worse as he has no health insurance and it was a hour before the office closed. The staff welcomed him in as if he were a regular patient, and Dr Lappan made time to examine his eye at the end of the business day. The service here is excellent and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and more than accommodating. I can’t say enough positive remarks about this office.
