I recently moved to the area and was grateful to find Dr. Chow and the team at Dynamic Eye Care. Scheduling was easy, and both the in-person care and follow-up have been excellent. Dr. Chow took a great deal of time with me, including thorough eye imaging. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. In speaking with her, I learned she's a Las Vegas native (and well-respected by my colleagues who absolutely adore her—and it's easy to see why). The entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful. One of the team members even helped me find glasses that I loved, and they made ordering a year's worth of contacts simple and convenient. A fun bonus: while I was there, I overheard other patients talking about driving all the way from Reno for their appointments, which says a lot about the reputation and quality of care here. Highly recommend Dr. Chow and the Dynamic Eye Care team!
I have been using Dr Chow for almost 20 years. She’s very personable and will sit and discuss all your issues . She is up on all the latest procedures and always.will make suggestions. You do not feel rushed. There never is any pressure to buy your glasses there. She has an excellent staff that know how to do their job. Conveniently located in the Smiths Shopping Center. This office is worth giving it a try.
The staff at Dynamic Eye Care is exceptional. Additionally, they have leveraged a lot of new technology to make the exam process quick, efficient, and with an option not to have your eyes dilated. I’m 49 and have always had anxiety surrounding my eye exams. Going to Dynamic Eye Care has been the most positive eye doctor experience I’ve ever had.
Unquestionably the most embarrassing visit I’ve ever had in an eye doctor’s office. I’m in a power wheelchair paralyzed from the neck down. When I booked my appointment I let them know that. When I got there I was filling out all the forms and then got called in the back. After I answered a bunch of questions, I was asked if I was able to transfer out of my chair and I responded no. The woman helping me Brisa was kind but she told me that they wouldn’t be able to treat me because of their eye machine. I figured if Walmart was able to accommodate me in my wheelchair surely a company that specializes only in eye care would.. NO! I was wrong. So I asked to see the chair and the lady hesitated a little but I wanted to see what it looked like because maybe there was a way to move things around and make it work. They definitely could’ve moved some things around but chose not to. Not sure if it was laziness or just the fact that the office was busy. Being in a wheelchair is difficult already, but going out to appointments and being turned away is humiliating and a waste of time I had to take off of work. I hope in the future they will have a better system in place to accommodate people in wheelchairs! I have been in my chair for 17 years and this is probably the 1st time this has happened to me in a eye doctors office. DO BETTER PLEASE!! It’s 2026. Going into an office with people who refuse to simply “figure it out” is very discouraging! And when I got in there it was so crowded I didn’t even have a place to park and fill out my forms so I had to sit right next to the desk. None of the staff bothered to say “oh let me make some room for you!” They just continued on talking to each other. Horrible visit!
