Amazing! I cannot explain enough as to how kind the staff is at this facility. They were so helpful, patient, and generous towards me. My prescription is outstanding and I can see crystal clear! Dr. Hoang was so kind towards me and took lots of effort and time to ensuring my prescription is perfect. They even give a small goody bag which is lovely. I couldn't suggest this facility enough!

The entire staff created a friendly atmosphere, and the state-of-the-art eye examination equipment gave us confidence that we were receiving the highest quality care. Our eye doctor, Dr. Robert Hoang, was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond in every aspect of our visit. He took his time, was incredibly kind, thorough, and professional, and explained everything in great detail without ever making us feel rushed. After each part of the exam, he turned to me and asked if I had any questions, ensuring I fully understood my eye health and treatment options. His intelligence, passion for eye care, enthusiasm, and genuine concern for his patients are truly refreshing. As Air Force veterans, my husband and I greatly appreciated how knowledgeable the staff was regarding VA benefits and medical referrals. They clearly explained what was covered, what was included in our visit, and did so with complete honesty, integrity, and transparency. I was cheerfully greeted as I entered the office area. Very short wait and was treated well going through each step of the exam. Dr Pressley was very timely in beginning her thorough exam of my concerns as well as explaining each test result to me. As always the entire staff from Dr Pressley to all staff members made my visit very comfortable.
