The in-store experience is great. Friendly staff, helpful, knowledgeable, etc. I have to warn people about the online experience though: I ordered a pair of glasses from the Vista Optical website, and they didn’t fit well, so I went to the physical location to return them. But the online and physical stores are apparently separate systems, so they couldn’t. Staff were very helpful and adjusted the glasses in the hopes that that would solve the fit issues. After a few weeks of giving that a try, I called the customer service line to initiate an online return and was informed their 30-day return window starts the date you order the item. Not the date they shipped it, not the date you received it, but the day you placed the order. This is not industry standard and makes zero sense. I am out $220+ because their website does not state this anywhere, nor did the email or packing slip. They were not willing to grant an exception for their lack of transparency, but they did offer 10% off my next order in case I’d consider repeating this experience! Needless to say, I will never order from the Vista Optical website again. Not surprisingly, there is not a corporate listing on BBB.
