Wonderful customer service. The PA, Doctor and the very sweet young lady who trained me to put in/out my new contacts was all really nice and helpful. Really felt I received a very detailed exam. Made visit seamless and enjoyable. No wait time for my appointment. Highly recommend!! And fee was very reasonable.
Love this place! They care for myself and my boys and are extremely patient, thorough, friendly and supportive! Couldn’t ask for a better experience!! We drive almost an hour each way to stay where we feel safe and cared for!
We were very impressed with every aspect of this visit everybody was personable friendly professional and very accommodating. They were in no hurry whatsoever and we're very patient and kind. We love them. And they are two doors down from my office which makes it even better. They were willing to work with us on getting the best deal possible on multiple frames and glasses.
I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, the Dr was thorough and explained everything and I didn't feel like they were trying to push sales. Will be scheduling appointments for the whole family soon.
This place is so awesome. I’ve bounced around eye clinics as my husband and I have moved a lot in the past few years. I will 100% be coming back here!! Front desk was kind and helpful, and the treatment staff and optometrist were amazing! I’ve never felt more welcome. I loved how the doctor explained what she was seeing in my eyes while showing me the images. I have never had an eye doctor do that before. Lastly, the staff member who helped me find my glasses was personable, funny, and overall amazing. I don’t normally write reviews but I was so so happy with this team!
