Very disappointed, I was scheduled for a routine eye exam and had requested time off from work only to be told that I could not be seen because I refused to provide the care center with my credit card to be placed on file as per the offices new policy, I expressed my concern and stated that I did not feel comfortable with this new policy mind you I pay in advance for my copays and my eyeglass prescriptions as a matter of fact I was the one overcharged at my visit from last year and now I am finally getting a refund. I asked to speak with the office manager and she rudely ignored my request….make this make sense! UPDATE-sent an email that also was IGNORED!

Tried to pickup my wife’s prescription and was told to wait because they needed to confirm which free case to give her. I waited and waited, and when I asked if they could please interrupt the associate on the phone who could help us, they shrugged their shoulders. I immediately walked out. Zero customer service skills at this optometrist. Avoid it.

All the staff is very helpful, attitude is very positive, and everyone is very knowledgeable. Dr Lee is so skilled at what he does, he did an upper lid surgery and was able to achieve all the results we discussed. No discomfort through the operation and the healing process was very painless and manageable. I definitely recommend this practice.

My mom had reconstructive eye surgery and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The procedure went smoothly, recovery was quick, and the results look and feel amazing. The team was professional and supportive every step of the way. Highly recommended!

I am so delighted to do this survey. I have been a patient of Dr. Scott E Lee and I have been so pleased with his professional services. First of all, the office personnel are extremely friendly, courteous and has such great customer service,. It is quite evident that they are mentored by a great leader Dr. Lee himself I have had R and L cataract extractions and R and L Blepharoplasty. I am back to a 20/20 vision and I see perfectly with my eye lids corrected. I am so so pleased with the outcome of my 4 surgeries. I recommend Dr Lee to All of you for the skill, professionalism and the personal care he extends to all his patients. Thanks again Dr. Lee
