I had an amazing experience at Eye Love Optometry from start to finish! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The doctor and his assistants provided excellent care and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The team was also incredibly helpful when it came time to select my glasses and choose the best lens options. Great service, great staff, and an overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend Eye Love Optometry to anyone looking for quality eye care!

The service there was amazing the people at the front were really nice and super helpful for assisting new patients. The Optometrist who I forgot his name was cool and kind was really cheerful. The store had a good selection of glasses that I really liked. My two new glasses came two weeks exact as said by the people who worked there. The only downside is they don't except Medi-Cal insurance, but they do an excellent job on a discount for the prescription not for the eye exam. My experiences there was really good and satisfying would recommend.

Horrible experience. I booked an appointment and showed up right on time, but the Asian male guy who did my eye exam was in a huge rush for some reason. He was super impatient the entire time. The worst part was when he asked about my medications and wanted me to spell them out. I told him politely to give me a second so I could pull up a photo on my phone to make sure it was right. Instead of waiting, he just stood there repeatedly clicking his tongue and making "tsk-tsk" sounds at me. It was so rude and disrespectful. Zero stars if I could.
