From the moment you walk in, everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seems to care about their patients. Melinda was fantastic during the pre-testing process. She was personable, professional, and made everything feel comfortable and easy. It's clear she enjoys what she does and helps make the visit a positive experience from the start. Dr. Hall was incredibly thorough during my exam. She took the time to answer all of my questions and didn't make me feel rushed at all. What stood out most was that she gave recommendations that were actually tailored to my lifestyle, work, and daily habits rather than just giving generic advice. I left feeling confident that I was getting the best care for my specific needs. Tawni has also been amazing to work with. She's quick to send over prescriptions, follows up when needed, and has helped me out more than once with contact lens questions and even an emergency set of contacts when I was in a pinch. That level of customer service is hard to find these days and is greatly appreciated. Overall, the entire team does an excellent job. They're professional, knowledgeable, and truly go above and beyond to take care of their patients. It's honestly never a drag coming into this office, and that's not something you can say about most medical appointments.
