This is the worst Walmart I have ever visited. I pressed the assistance button at a locked cabinet for 45 minutes, yet no one came. During that time, I personally asked about seven different employees for help, but none were willing—either claiming they lacked the authorization or saying the area wasn't their responsibility. One African American female employee opened the cabinet right next to me; I thought she was about to help, but she said she had to do something else and couldn't assist me just then—even though she was standing only two meters away from me and was carrying the damn electronic key...

Very clean store everything was in order. A clerk helped me find the spice I was looking for ...very polite. And the checkout clerk was especially helpful since it was my first time there to navigate my debit card. Definitely will be back.
5 stars on this visit for sure! The cashier was super friendly and fast, which is rare. Most other visits have been a 3 star for the long wait to check out and the employees are usually indifferent.
I waited 20 minutes for someone to show up and open the door. I gave up, went to the cashier, and asked if someone could help me get a leash for my dog. The cashier went to ask the person in charge, and it turned out that no one, not a single employee had the key to open the door for dogs accessories. I had a vet appointment and needed a leash. This is my second bad experience at this Walmart. The first time, an item had a lower price on the shelf, and when I was ready to pay, the cashier told me the shelf price was incorrect. I had to pay the higher price :/ this store is a mess.
Employee said TV wasn't broken despite obvious damage to the box. I should've known better to trust Walmart. Now they are refusing to honor an exchange at the sale pricing it was purchased at. Seems like bait and switch to me.
