The experience was great as soon as you walk in there, you'll feel welcome and the service was amazing too very helpful to understanding what you want in your glasses and they give you the prices before you even purchase with the Insurance savings I would recommend.

I have experienced highland optometrics over a few different ownership / Doctor changes. And what I experienced during my most recent appointment, has surpassed any of the previous visits. Dr Hana and her staff went above and beyond for me. I had to come in with my 3 month old who was fussy. One of the secretaries offered to hold him and rock him while I had my exam. The staff made me feel comfortable and at ease and never rushed me. I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes to be called back. Dr Hana was thorough with her exam, and very friendly as well. Highly recommend
From start to finish everyone was so friendly and helpful, highly recommend going here!
